Haha, there’s movement because I’m using an iPhone and I didn’t want it to get muddy, so I was jumping back because he was coming after me. Just a silly post for the weekly iPPP.
It makes me curl up my toes to look at that picture I don’t like the feel of mud on my feet. Or wet grass. That’s the absolute worst. My kids like it though.
I can actually feel that and cannot remember when I last did it!
I sort of prefer wet sand to actual mud. But it was cute to see my boy finally getting muddy! Even if I did have to hose him off.
I love the feel of mud on my feet. So….squishy. I’m not a big fan of the kids’ feet in it, though. Call me uptight.
That’s a lot of feet resulting in a lot of mud dude. I can’t blame you.
An interesting photo. There is mud and there is movement. Love the little piggies.

Only a boy can make mud look so appealing.
It seemed very “rite of passage.”
Would’ve been in the mud right along with him. It’s good for your skin or something like that…
I will take your word for it! It smells terrible.
Ooooooo, mushy, squishy, slimy.
I love it! Xx
Boys! Boys are a blast.
I have never done it before, but it seems funny!
Maybe go find some mud and try it. Maybe it will be a glorious experience for you.
Just the way little piggies are supposed to spend the day.
Oink.
My daughters gravitate toward mud and puddles. I’ll have to join them sometime.
I was a puddle girl myself. My mom would make me strip at the back door after I’d been catching frogs.
I bet that felt SOOOOO good on your feet! Even if it was messy to then clean off.
Somehow it ended up all over parts of the kitchen and bathroom as well. Meh. Part of the fun of kids I guess!
My youngest loves the mud as much as I did when I was little. She is one of the best mudpie makers out there!
There’s a little Fisher Price mudpie station I want. It’s even got a stand mixer. Oh, the messes we could make.
Ooh, how deliciously spring! And fun. I hope you got them clean eventually….
Yeah, a shower will do the trick. Just lots of gunk to clean out of the tub!
Such a fun boy thing to do!
It was his first time. How silly is that, being almost two before you get to touch mud?
It makes me curl up my toes to look at that picture
